All cattle and sheep are conceived, born and reared at Pen-Min-Cae Farm on the banks of the River Wye. All beef is Welsh Black from Pedigree Welsh Black cows and a Pedigree Welsh Black Bull. All lamb is from our own Welsh half-breed ewes crossed with Suffolk Rams.
